Steve Scarfo is a 25+ year veteran of the Boston comedy scene with the kind of on-stage energy and off-stage geek cred that makes him the Obi-Wan of Gen X humor. First noticed by The Boston Globe after his debut performance, Steve has performed across New England, opened for national acts, and built a reputation for real-life comedy with a bizarre twist—think stand-up meets Saturday morning cartoons.

But Steve isn’t just cracking jokes into a mic. He’s also the creator and host of Original Geek, a nostalgic, sharp-witted podcast that celebrates geek culture from the shag-carpet days of Dungeons & Dragons to the digital dungeon that is Disney+.

When he’s not riffing on ‘80s sci-fi or debating the ethics of Batman, Steve is a voiceover artist, lending his range of voices, characters, and sarcasm to everything from animated goblins to snarky ad reads. Whether he's in the recording booth or behind the podcast mic, Steve brings storytelling, humor, and a voice that feels like your favorite comic shop come to life.

Steve has worked with many national acts – including: Dave Coulier, Victoria Jackson, Jeff Dunham, Lenny Clarke and Bob Marley. Steve also appeared in the A&E real life drama ‘Caesars 24 / 7’, figured prominently in the Red Sox World Series MasterCard commercial, and appears in several movies Including “Fever Pitch” , “The Departed” and “The Fighter”. He has also appeared in many independent film productions.
